العقد والخدمات والرسوم
يُبرم عقد بين الطالب وServices Agency Global يحدّد الخدمات المتفق عليها، ورسومها، ومراحل الأداء، وشروط الإلغاء أو الاسترداد بحسب الدولة والملف. اطلب توضيح هذه البنود ونسخة من العقد قبل التوقيع أو الأداء. لا تعرض هذه الصفحة سعرًا موحدًا أو نسبة استرداد ثابتة.
رسوم الجهات الأخرى وقراراتها
رسوم الجامعة والتأشيرة والتأمين والترجمة وغيرها من المصاريف الخارجية تُراجع بشكل منفصل؛ يُرجى التأكد مما يشمله عرض الخدمة. قرارات القبول والتأشيرة تصدر عن الجهات المختصة، ولا تمثل الاستشارة ضمانًا للقبول أو التأشيرة.
الإلغاء والاستفسارات
تُراجع طلبات الإلغاء والاسترداد وفق العقد الخاص بالملف، مع احترام الحقوق الإلزامية المقررة قانونًا. للاستفسار عن عرضك أو عقدك، تواصل معنا على info@servicesagencyglobal.com.

Nous proposons un accompagnement pour les études à l’étranger depuis notre bureau au Maroc. Les prestations dépendent du pays, du programme et du dossier de l’étudiant.
Contrat, prestations et frais
Un contrat entre l’étudiant et Services Agency Global précise les prestations convenues, leurs frais, les étapes de paiement ainsi que les conditions d’annulation ou de remboursement propres au pays et au dossier. Demandez les explications nécessaires et un exemplaire du contrat avant toute signature ou tout paiement. Cette page ne fixe aucun tarif unique ni taux de remboursement standard.
Frais et décisions des organismes tiers
Les frais universitaires, de visa, d’assurance, de traduction et les autres dépenses externes sont à vérifier séparément. Vérifiez ce qui est inclus dans votre offre. Les décisions d’admission et de visa appartiennent aux organismes compétents ; une consultation ne garantit pas leur obtention.
Annulation et contact

We provide study abroad guidance and application support from our office in Morocco. Services vary by destination, programme and student file.
Contract, services and fees
A contract between the student and Services Agency Global specifies the agreed services, fees, payment stages, and cancellation or refund conditions for the destination and file. Ask for clarification and a copy of the contract before signing or paying. This page does not set a universal price or a standard refund percentage.
Third-party fees and decisions
University, visa, insurance, translation and other external fees must be checked separately. Confirm what your service offer includes. Admission and visa decisions are made by the relevant authorities; a consultation does not guarantee either outcome.
Cancellation and questions
